Music from the MTV Movie DISconnected

(Featured Artist: Ariel Pink’s Haunted Grafitti, photo Tim Saccenti)

The film DISconnected is a story that follows four young people living in different cities who know each other from a live streaming site. The “Featured Artist” for this movie is Los Angeles based band Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti. It’s ironic because the movie is based on characters that are using hi-tech online tools to connect with each other, though Ariel Pink approaches his music with a Lo-Tech production.
